The problem that this company has is MARKETING STRATEGY AND PHILOSOPHY, from the beginning the problem that they been having is, the small, slow way and thinking to introduce the products in the market. This way it will take to much time and with the money that this company has and producing it won't survive. The only way that is going to work is to partner with a big company that would like to carry the product and put it in the market, so people has knowledge and can see the products, so they feel confident to try it. I know that the profit per product it won't be the same as if the company market and sell it itself, but REVENUE wise it will be a big DIFFERENCE. I believe that the company that it will be best for this company is AVON, because the confidence that people has with this company and the way how they market and sell there products. After the product is been introduce that people has knowledge, is good idea to reach people thru any social networking, because right now the company is reaching people but no buyers, and it shows on the monthly revenue. This company need to remember that future customer and buyers are people with skin disorders that are looking for products that it can make it better or cure it, saying that, they need to feel confident with the company and the products to try it.
