There are no shorts, other than possibly the insiders, but your statement makes no sense to me. Why would anybody not want to sell something short, and then have it vanish? That would be pure profit. The seller would never have to cover at any price.

What happens most times in these stinky pinky scams is that there is a reverse split, and the selling just continues with another share structure and often a different name. Shell games like KATX and BVIG. That was a disguised 1 for 3 RS, with a long delay, during which time KATX was diluted to hell, and KATX shareholders held on, wanting that "spinoff," which turned out not to be worth shit, by the time it could be sold.

See? It's not that complicated. That's what makes the pinks go 'round.

Scams.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
