I never said that "AAPT All American Pet" is delinquent in taxes. Apparently, you came up with this assumption (which may be correct).

I have posted multiple times that the 2012 Real estate are delinquent for the property located at 8310 Hedge Lane Terrace. AAPT is a tenant and I believe they have a Triple Net lease. Apparently, you came up with the assumption that "AAPT All American Pet" is delinquent in taxes (which may be correct).

As for your other questions, I would have hoped that some/most of those would have been answered when AAPT filed their 2012 Form 10-K on/about March 31, 2013. Unfortunately, they have not filed this document with the SEC.

Anyway, since AAPT clearly has nexus in the State of Kansas one of the corporations should be registered with the Kansas Secretary of State.
