People say dilution company says no new shares issued over 817 million o/s that it's been for along time. Until someone provides proof o/s is over 817 million we go by what company says. No new shares. We do have a lot of them in the float though. I think they said that. if they were diluting like some say this have gone well below .0006 IMO by now. Instead it stays in same range it has for a long time montths and months. .0006 to .0012. Been up and down in this range a long time. That tells me no dilution. Just too many buying and selling market supply in this range.
