Don't be ridiculous, of course he should anticipate a question when the balance sheet and income statement are so ridiculously out of whack. For heaven's sakes ensuring the numbers are accurate before posting them publicly and issuing PRs based on those numbers is common courtesy.

The confirmation page listed a case number but I didn't record it because there is no point. It tells you right after you click submit that they cannot provide any additional information on whether or not an investigation is being conducted until it has concluded.
