GBRT VOIP

Something I did find unusual when I spoke with Rob was I asked him if the systems he was installing were wired for video conferencing.

Oh yes the system has the capability (think he referred to Shoreline here) he said but there wasn't any call for it yet.

I was very busy with shorthand hyroglyphics but looking back I find it strange that not one company he services was using NASA security grade VOIP for virtual meetings??? To me that is what it's all about especially when your trying to create efficient productive communication

Anyone working in an office or with an opinion find that at all odd? I would of thought annual GM's and all that interoffice mail would fly right at A/V IP Telephony certainly a more personal means of communicating...particularly with customers or offices strewn across the country like GBRT for example.
