"they got 4K device works with ANY TVS". Is that correct? How do you get an HD device to deliver UHD content? I have been having a very difficult time trying to understand the concept. The streaming is a different matter entirely (if I understand the streaming concept). This is not a bash of any kind, just trying to understand how NTEK's 4K device will allow it to work on any TV and will it deliver a better visual on an HD TV?
