I went back and found my notes from the Nov 12 conf call:

<<re convertibility of shares..transfer of wealth from shareholders to DMRJ....speak to cash position...re further lines...:
when DMRJ initial funded 2008 ..we paid back 1 of 5.6 million, 4.6 left $3.2 million still convertible at .08..that's the convertibilty roughly 35-40 million shares..caller: 70 million shares?.. 2nd piece at implementation of another one is preferred G series, ability to convert 16.4 million shares at .08, another renegotiation..12 million dollars at $1.09, so another 28 million shares or so..if add everything up it is about 65 million..much was from .08 transaction..>>

So as of Nov an additional 70 million shares could be converted. Not bad. Looks like around 50 million shares at .08, as of Nov. Not sure how many of those have been converted since Nov.

There were 55 million out as of March 31.

So as of last Nov around 125 million fully diluted, not 200m. BUT, I don't see this tying in well to the recent 10q. Not satisfied yet on this issue..

Does ANYONE have more up-to-date notes/info on this issue?
