My thoughts: I think she delayed as long as she could, hoping the "kids on the playground" would put their heads together and settle. She couldn't prompt it, and I don't think she wanted to opine, since she knew the situation she was in and didn't recuse herself earlier. She kind of ruled, half assed, for lack of a better word. She was all over the place with that opinion.
Had it been in presentation form, it would have looked like a ping pong match. She protected her interests, and ours by clearly stating it was "an APPEALABLE RULING".
I would like to read the 20 page appeal, I think we made more on our investment since 2pm on Friday, it's just going to take us longer to get it.
