On sequencing and combo of treatments

Even in melanoma, question remains whether sequencing or in combination with PD1/PDL1 after target drug like Zelboraf which shrinks tumor quickly would produce even more dramatic long term response.

At present, almost all patients with BRAF mutation are treated with Zelboraf and get Yervoy after progression but from what I see my hunch is that melanoma becomes more aggressive upon progression. If it was up to me, I wouldn't wait for progression but use the BRAF inhibitor (better BRAF/MEK combo) to shrink and lower tumor burden, then switch to immuno-modulators before progression.
