Hard for me to handicap what a fair value is for this company since their drug targets and indications are perhaps a bit atypical

FWIW, I'd say their current business is worth about $150M. They have a few 'sure' things in their pipeline like the Rabies IgG product that brings about $50M more to the value. Inhaled AAT, if successful would of course boost their value by far.
