Has anybody bother to ask the bank of Kentucky if they are being paid anything from MYEC for the use of their gateway to the federal reserve? From what I've read you can't have access to the federal reserve without being regulated by them. MYEC states that they are not regulated at this time. I know I don't understand all of this but something is not right here.
