If AAPT get's favourable factoring conditions, no dilution is needed. Here I do agree with you. Walmart is a prime client. If AAPT is fully reporting then I would assume, they could go to GE Capital and get excellent terms and I am sure, this will happen. Even without being en current with the filings they can get factoring, but I assume the spread could be 5 % higher.
But again, all what I wrote is my personal opinion and I prefer to build in dilution in extrem than visa-versa. As you can see, even with the extrem dilution I have build in, the company would deliver excellent returns for shareholders. So why worry. If am wrong the better, If am right, I still gona smile because for me AAPT will surprise big in the years ahead.
