Ok here is the proof in the pudding. The float as per the last 10K, minus the shares I own or control is only 44,285. This means my guess is correct. NITE and the other MM's are in SERIOUS deep do do.

They apparently sold over 150,000 shares they do not have, nor can they get. I don't know when they have to settle, or if they are able to cover or for how long but I saw they were acting desperate & this proves it. The float has locked.
