A director is owed a million dollars ? What did that director do to earn that ? Lmao !!

You think a judge is going to say the director really earned that money even though the company had no revenue, your words ? Sounds like someone didn't perform up to his contract IMO.

If I was owed a million big ones I would be ticked off too but I'd want the deal to happen instead of getting in the way...
