Is There Room for A New Guy?
Hello, I am a new poster here on IHub, and this is my first post here on the United Western Board. I hope you guys have room for a new poster to join into the conversations.
I have been around for quite awhile other places, having been hit hard on the Washington Mutual issue.
A good friend of mine told me about this stock a while back and I started buying in after I absorbed all of the information that I could find. I will allow him to reveal himself if he wants to. Maybe a few others will recognize me from the WMI board and the old days and know who I am ..........
Dealing with our own money is a serious issue with me, so I thought I would introduce myself first, and see what you guys thought, about a new poster and all .......
As having been a "lurker" only, for quite some time, I've become used to most of you already ........
A quick evening thought on the stock ....... the filing of the appeal, was two things ...... going to happen ... and a good thing ....
After researching the BS Law firm, they, would not have taken on this project with a "contingent payment agreement" without a winning plan .... IMO ....... also, the noose (the appeal) had to actually be placed around the neck before it can be tightened ... the NOA from mid May?, well, just sayin' the "noose" that was soon to be place (the Notice of the appeal NOA) was not enough at this level ............ the "Noose" had to be placed, or saying this another way, the Appeal had to be filed .... I was actually pleased to see it filed ...
Having now actually filed the appeal puts equity, class 8, now in a prime position ... I'll be adding more at these numbers over the coming weeks ......... Things should start to get interesting quickly ....
