So many conspiracies here.

Carboat, there will always be conspiracies... and many are discovered but yet--- its pushed under the carpet and life goes on. Is it right? Not at all...

Conspiracy #1 ) ... that has existed for "many" years ...does Big Pharma actually pay to have drugs shelved ?? in order for the current SOC drugs to maximize their profit. The answer is yes... it happens but unless you look deep enough, many don't realize its happening and its certainly all hush hush..

Example:

Key Democratic and Republican senators reintroduced legislation on Tuesday that would make it illegal for brand-name pharmaceutical companies to pay generic drug makers to keep their cheaper medicines off the market.

Similar bills, including one in 2010, have failed in part because of opposition from the drug industry, both branded and generic. It was not immediately known if a companion bill would be introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Now... is it published anywhere showing that Big Pharma paid biotech "x"... for this exact reason? NO... you don't hear a peep of this info anywhere.

It doesn't mean it doesn't happen... this "conspiracy" theory exists in many forms... which is the "exact" reason why they try to make laws to prohibit it!.

I said ... "many forms".... and yes, referring to our Fargo form. Doesn't mean it didn't happen but will there be laws passed to prohibit this? They already exist...!

Whats next then? The FDA will create new guidelines so it can't happen again. So when they create the laws to prohibit Big Pharma from paying smaller biotechs to shelf a drug... or when the FDA creates "stricter" trial protocols... we all know the reason why... even though you are not going to see the details in the paper: you'll only find the details on IHUB.. right here! but we'll let that go for now because the FDA has a job to do.

Their #1 job right now... is to ..step back... take a big step back from Big Pharma... lobbyists..etc and they have a drug "Bavituximab" sitting in front of them that needs action.. and quick!

If not.... there will be hell to raise and I'll be all over the FDA because there are some writers that have material that would make them look quite foolish. I have faith the FDA can change their ways...and Phase III NSCLC was just the start of that.
