Patiently waiting...10K Anytime Soon. I see light at the end of tunnel and it doesn't sound like the subway. Someone is trying to shake down the stock value. Not so smart. There are about 50 shareholders to list at present time. Notice there are about 80 of us on here. Most of the shareholders belong to this blog. [hahaha]

A FB friend of more, who is also an original ECCO2 shareholder, who had stock in DBS company before reverse merger last year told me that there were about 100 shareholders [not including the 50 RVPL shareholders now). That means the 80-million share issued last May will probably be split up 100 ways (if not already), making 150 more reasons to see shares move and share prices not going south due to 2 or 3 whacker whos (a) do not own enough stock to penetrate the float in a negative way or (b) are selling shares they don't even have in their possession yet. Either way not enough fire power to continue to hold the price down. The capital stock financials stated only 4.3 million registered shares out there besides the control block of 5 million shares that belongs to the CEO.

Come to think about it- The current float is only worth $129,000 cash in total at this present time. Probably would be easier if all of us rounded up some friends and family to buy the two shorters out at the 0.03-0.08 bargain share prices and get ready for the big ride when the 10K posts and the other stock hits the float.

Right now Level II shows six market makers and about 8 stock quotes everyday. 3 that have decent block sizes and ask prices and 3 that appear to be whackers (see they bid the opposite side for much less than they are asking) and 2 that are unofficial quotes. Bring out about 50 of of with 25-100K shares each @ $1.50-2.00 and watch the whackers fall back.
