I don't think an earth shattering event is on the horizon. Once they get caught up with the financials we all can focus on more of what matters. I agree with many of the posters who feel this is sort of silly delaying the filings at this point. The only thing I can think of is there is some sort of something they are working on that has some material impact on the company and they want to make sure something like a botched filing doesn't ruin the moment....

I guess time will tell.
