Time has just about run out for the Street Fools (AMJC perps).
The Statute of Limitations on fraud legally REQUIRES that any complaint be filed as soon as possible within one year of its discovery ( June 11th in our AMJC case). Anyone (even from any government agency) who advises you to delay is NOT acting in your best interests. The SEC is part of the executive branch of the U.S. government, NOT the judicial branch.
The amjcinvestor website with the misleading PRs has disappeared from the Internet indicating possible criminal tampering with evidence. By now, all AMJC investors (especially the honest ones) should realize that MSMJ has no intention of offering a reasonable settlement.
