I can answer that---that is what it is effectivly saying however I think there are more finite terms and explanations coming...imo this particular portion goes like this

GOOGLY to Pay 100 million per said year
SOFTY to Pay 5 Million per said year

GOOGLY has to Pay 120 MILLION Lump for past year and a half
Softy has to pay 5.4 Million (Lol bacardi 6PM math)

I do believe that this is just a bonus---and that we will know much more in the coming weeks.
