Called the TA OLDE MONMOUTH STOCK TRANSFER CO., INC. this morning. Like stated the new TA for SKTO is OLDE MONMOUTH STOCK TRANSFER CO., INC. but it remained the same for AEG_ that's who they have been using. I think others did not get through for some reason or cause they did not ask for the TA assigned which is Matt Troster. Anyways.

As of today he said the A/S for both;

SKTO A/S 500,000,000 as of today 5/31/2013

AEG_ A/S 600,000,000 as of today 5/31/2013

Matt said he could not give the O/S of Float that had to be given by the company.

Also has not seen the AEG_ A/S increase of 2.5bil yet. Which probable means that it has not been updated on their system yet since the AEG_ (DEF 14C) sec filing just filed this tues 5-28.
