Ive tried about 15 brokers over the years and when it comes to trading penny stocks here in my opinion.

Etrade is rated #1 because they trade anything.
There platform is horrible and need some serious work.

Charles schwad rated #2 because they also trade all stock
The only catch is they have a 1mill buy limit so if you're used to buying 10s of millions in the .0001 range your fees will get high..but otherwise they are the best in my book..very professional.

AMERITRADE ...i only have them for there free LEVEL 2 software .
