The last part that you put out there is also a tough one to respond.
Again, imo since I had not the privlege of meeting & speaking with the individuals @ either location.
I would say that the PR where he stated that he was concern for trying to improve in every aspect the company growth as a whole to the legitimate shareholders (perhaps he meant long-term)
He seems to care less for those who are in it for the swings of the share price (manipulators)
He appears to me putting forth information for those whose desire for again is too see this as a long-term investment of (EVSV)
