Good question. It just seems that the timing of info released by Vringo (and Microsoft) was carefully planned. Vringo has till Monday June 3 for the appeal. Everyone that bashes the Vringo legal team does that with no real insight of what is happening and what their real action plan is.

It would also be foolish to reveal their plan in detail - why would they do it? To calm down posters on message boards?

I have stated many times before that I am sceptic of the US legal system. That is what we have, and we have to deal with it.

To have the brilliant Vringo/Microsoft team gives me peace of mind.
