I can understand how you feel that way but I personally would have to disagree. I will agree that management has made some mistakes(I don't know enough to label them as Ed's mistakes specifically), but I don't think you can say things have never come to fruition especially with the recent developments in the past few months including the Wood Wyant agreement and FDA approval, and the developments that will be coming within the next few months such as EPA and Patent approvals. The doubts that I had about the patent were dissolved after reading the meeting notes and I think the patent should be granted within the next few months.
Judging from what I have read about AsepticSure, MZEI started pursuing that avenue at some point in 2008. Six years later they are on the verge of launching the product commercially and having all of their necessary approvals granted. From experience, I think they could have done everything a little faster, but in my opinion, this is par for the course. Every company runs into delays and makes mistakes. Replacing Ed would only delay the company more and shift its focus to an unnecessary area and there's no guarantee that his successor would be better. I can tell you there are many CEOs/Chairmans out there that would be significantly worse. Considering that MZEI had nothing going for it in 2008, I think stating that things have never come to fruition is a bit extreme.
