no it was not. it's not a big different. my previous guesstimates (from technical point of view) was support between 685-740 points, and i recomended to pick it as much as close to 700.

my target price based on the last two rounds, Tower made nearly 30% each time. so, from 700-740 i added 28%-32% and rounded it a little.
of course it's pure speculation ! and i'm not tech expert
