Hi Dubi,

this development explain the drop to 60 cents.
dilution is bad sign, but now you have kind of "support" level @60 cents.
IMO (if i was in your shoe) hold your shares, and give it more time.

P.S - (just speculation) now that the deal is closed, maybe they will release good news to satisfy the new investors ...
