Price is down because pressure to buy is not yet high enough. If buying pressure was huge, the wall yesterday would have been blown away. 850k shares at .013, or $11k ain't much to chew through in reality. Get volume back above 10+ mil this will launch. I think it's gonna come as peeps understand the magnitude of what this means tech speaking.
