For anyone who does not understand daytraders who each did 25 tradeds a day in the last couple days they confused brokers who sold shares that never were settled. The only way they could handle it was to short it to get their accounts balanced. We should be much better in the days ahead.

ARCA is just an MM and just fills orders for someone. It was probably the same group of traders using ARCA. On thinkorswim you can choose if you want to use the ARCA exchange.

Overall though, i'm done playing Fannie/Freddie as I lost mucho profit not being able to sell when I wanted, and had to settle for much less 5/6 times I tried playing. I hate the OTCBB exchange, too durn slow for my likings NYSE/NASDAQ are instant fills even in heavy traffic
