EDXC + Autospense + Dixi Elixirs

EDXC officially announced the acquisition of Autospense today.

Tripp Keber (President and CEO of Red Dice Holdings, managing partner of Dixie Elixirs & Edibles) no longer holds a seat on the MJN* Board of Directors as of March 6, 2013.

I wonder why this may be?

Could it be a conflict of interest when he is trying to bring his products to the overall market, which may require distribution through vending machines such as Autospense, which is now owned by another publicly traded company - EDXC?

Who knows why Tripp is no longer on MJN*'s BOD?

Either way, it seems there are good relationships throughout the cannabis industry. Everyone who is anyone is in bed with each other with the common goal of advancing the cannabis movement and economy!

EDXC is building its brand and alliances with key companies, and individuals by making some power moves as of late. How this all comes together, or plays out, is anyone's guess. All we can do is speculate a little and we can start with this picture, worth a thousand words:
