i have a ChmE degree and my neighbor is a forensic scientist for cold cases. neither of us are aware of any drug/product that lowers BAC by 40% in that manner.

i have to disagree that that product, if it existed, would be worth 10s to 100s of millions. i would argue billions as it would be on the shelf and counter of every bar, restaurant, liquor store, and any outlet that sold alcohol where someone may drive after consuming.
