No, I never wrote the ABA about the attorney. And "NO" again, he was not clever enough to cover himself IMO. The offer (HE MADE ME!) to treat me like a plaintiff for all my hard work is weak at best. He also made it very plain that he didn't like his name being posted in a bad light on the internet. I would have to review the tape again for the exact words used but I do remember it could be construed as a threat. He quoted a line from the movie "Godfather".
He also sent me an email trying to make me believe that it was illegal for me to tape the conversations I had with him. LOL. I sent him back the the actual laws governing that issue for the states of NY, NJ & Va.. And yes!, It was a legally taped conversation. He even called me again after Rio informed him that I had taped our previous conversation. I was rather surprised by that, considering he is supposed to be such a hotshot attorney. I caught him in more than one lie too. I almost had to laugh because he'd say one thing and in the next breath say something else which made his comment previous to that an obvious lie. My personal opinion is, he's not all that smart.
Now, the person who initiated the offer did say that the deal would included me having to stop posting anything bad about the attorney. All these people who think everything about this whole deal was on the "up & up" are sadly mistaken.
I see several posters telling lmorovan that they will soon be coming after him for what he's said about the company. I hope they do. In fact I hope they come after anyone who's posted things they don't like. If they do, I will turn all my information over to that person. I would especially consider it an honor if they came after me! I'm not going to pursue anything but if they do, I'll open a can of worms they'll never forget! That's a promise.
