2.56 is tough to target as support as it just jumped above that number in the last hour today. What I do know is that when the sellers came out to try to push the stock under 2.40 today buyers came in fast in the 2.45-2.47 range. Just watching the action, every bid hit just brought a higher bid back. I think the real support area now is in the mid 2.40's and I do not expect the stock to trade under 2.40 again, even though we are close to the number. I think as the vote gets closer, and also stocks like Vringo get their settlement and are in the news, it will bring more people looking to get into another solid IP play, and the DSS model to me is superior to the Vringo model.
