i think a large portion of their success is that word has got out that they value their employees and treat them well. It sure has made a difference in my shopping pattern.

The crap that walmart does needs to have consequences, and since there is now an alternative to them, i hope the walton heirs have to buy lesser sized islands. Since the congress has not reigned them in, i guess we have a chance to vote with our feet.
