I know they have the appeal left, but history shows they backup their examiners. Yes i know about the 640 but it isnt the heart of the ads filter process. Not much of a case with one patent. And it is under review so i would not see a case till after uspto, do u think a judge would let it go to court ? If you think that then i am good but i don't work at a court but i do work with code and filters of code! And my opinion is it is done as far as bringing a new case. Till after the bpai.
