Interesting questions about VPLM.
Moderators please do not remove this post. It is not intended to bash on the company. I am simply looking for answers which I have not found. After speaking to my brokers on buying the stock this is what he advised.

Few years ago VPLM was a shell company. Shell companies are not allowed to sell or list on the market. VPLM is mentioned as development stage company for the past 4 years or so however VPLM has never filed S1 Registration which is required for reporting.

The broker will not trade (buy or sell) this stock and I cannot find any brokerage firm able to trade vplm.

So my question to you guys -
1. Is it a shell or not
2. It is obvious that the company is non reporting because the financials are unaudited.
3. I cannot find any info on the S1 fillings if any over past few years
4. Even if I wanted to invest in the company I am not able to do so because I wont be able to sell the shares?
