Ok...then here is a question...

As we probably agree...it is going to be more than a "few weeks" for the S-1 to clear comments. I personally think it will take six months...but who knows. Either way the distribution date will not occur before the effective date of the S-1.

So lets say it is 3 months for S-1 effectiveness....are you saying that someone who buys the stock 2 months from now will get the divvy, despite the language in the PR?
