Thanks. All I want to do is post facts and once in awhile interject some humor. One thing of note in the prospectus: The number of options granted to purchase is pretty significant at $3. From a technical stand point this stock tracks great. I guess we just wait and see as we get closer. PLEASE just take what I post as basic information to add to your own DD. I was green across the board today so I watched this one a bit more than I normally would. There are some excellent chart guys here so I am sure they can add to my fundamentals and when the time is right the P&Ders will get drowned out. GL
