Exactly..was thinking the same. Either those 6 patents are very valuable where Vrng could monetize them for hundreds of millions of dollars or maybe Msft planning to take over Vrng once HJJ ruling is out. Just wondering if today's news is meant to force Goog to settle... which might happen now that Msft has entered the picture.
