you may have a 500k bid but

you have a 100 on the ask which might as well be F*CKIn infinite.

guess its to be expected when noone really could explain the runup in the first place. looks like more downside could easily take place. however many shares it took to get to .28 cents seems like much fewer to get it back down to this level.
