If the value of that company is reevaluated, for any of those points that you've just stated, it is based off of speculation and not true value. When this happens to a publicly traded company that has no real assets to support its share price, you will see that there isn't a foundation that the price is built upon (other than someone's interest in holding their positive because of a possible future outcome)
