Frank is an entrepreneur and a heck of a promoter. But from his confusing PRs and actions he's demonstrated he doesn't have a good understanding of finance issues, or accounting, or concepts like corporate governance. They're just not his area of expertise. So I think we have a situation where our CEO doesn't understand what his more experienced shareholders and professional investors are talking about. It appears Rene Schenk isn't much help to him.

Olsen is probably frustrated and exasperated. Not good. We need some serious finance management and investor relations acumen on that management team.

And yes, none of this excuses his misleading public statements. Ignorance of the law is not a viable defense.
