Man I am so sick of the people complaining that the stock can't hold gains, when the same people complaining are admitting that they took money off the table. Thats the problem, it is okay for you to take money off the table but not vringo? That is what they did here the 420 was rejected and the case cannot go forward no judge will schedule court with a patent that has been rejected. Vringo was lucky msft settled. Also vring got one hell of a deal, they got technology, and they got money in the bank. Now look at the big picture they didn't draw up docs saying vringo cannot sue the msft partners, I E yahoo. Like nokia did they restricted us to only overseas prosecution of telcos no usa. Also yahoo looking for a different partner maybe the patents is for us to partner with yahoo. Be patient and look for what truly happened we dodged a big bullet because msft could have moved for dismissal of the case pending the appeal of vri go and they would have got it. My opinion. There will be more to this story guaranteed. Big news yet to come and i am glad uou light weights are removing some now so you don't kill the real run like you did today.
