Those are fair questions let me try and answer them...cant see them on my screen now..so here goes:

I think if this were going on for 5 years then no...

I think that in under 2 years this company has achieved more than most companies could ever hope to and have.
Lawsuits with giants (and winning)
Huge investments by big players
Tech deals w V-Tech
The "names" and hires on board--taken from prestigious firms
standard essential patent acquisitions from NOK
And now admission of infringement and patents from MS

You challenge whether their interests are aligned with ours---that is the easiest one. MOST OF THEIR OFFICERS ARE PAID (partially or significantly) IN STOCK. So yes.

It would have been easier to come out with a monetary settlement perhaps, but because they have bigger plans (imo) they choose this route and I personally believe it will be of much greater benefit to ALL of our financial interests.

I know the SP is disappointing now---believe me--have too much tied up and didnt play the swings, wont make that mistake again--and frustrated that i didnt---but it does not take way the alignment and brilliance of their strategy, which you either have faith in based on the players, or you dont.
