Joint Venture - Merge Technologies

AFPW & GENPORT are NOT MERGING Companies.

They are Merging Technologies and Forming a 50/50 partnership/ownership in a New company to be listed as NOVOFUEL.

People should understand GENPORT will still be GENPORT.

GENPORT will own half of NOVOFUEL.

AFPW Shareholder will own 1/30th of NOVOFUEL.
