Total liability limitation question - Per SEC form, the limitation on MSFT's total liability is based on the amount VRNG is going to receieve from Goog. If it is going to be substantially more than $31M, this liability limitation will no longer hold? The chances of Vrng receiving substantially more is highly likely coz if HJJ awards 5% of 20.9%, it is going to be about $900M. So, if this happens, MSFT will be paying much more $$ than just 5% of what Goog pays?
