They are gaining ownership in more and more wells. The ones in Pennsylvania are in a similar region (which is very well known for oil) thus why the PRs are somewhat similar. More wells and producing immediate revenues is only a good thing. I hope to see PRs like that a hundred more times (PRs like this are not bad at all...)
