Guys, this is great news. They have a patent that has been rejected the 420. That means they couldn't go to court on the patent no judge will let a case go forward. I really didn't think microsoft would settle with knowing the patent got rejected which means no case. They got a great deal and it gives us revenue. Yes i wanted 350 million. But that was not going to happen with the 420 being rejected. Yes i know vringo has an appeal but no promise there google has people in the right places, just look at the scandal happening now. I am also disappoint in the amount but it was a kicka@@ settlement considering their case fell apart on the patent rejection. Jmo
