The applicant has proposed to add additional waste streams (off-specification Crayola products and recyclables and used oil) to its pyrolysis process. The process converts scrap plastic, etc. into liquid and gaseous materials which are recovered for utilization. The liquid is sold to the refining, fuel and polymer production markets. The gaseous materials are used as fuel to provide heat for the pyrolysis process
